  摘 要

  翅片管是金属管外表面绕有薄铝带的螺旋形翅片,并利用翅片进行热交换的换热元件,它是目前国内外公认的高效热交换元件,随着我国空调、制冷业的发展,对翅片管的需求量日益增加,同时也对产品功能、质量、性价比、更新换代周期都提出越来越高的要求。而我国现有的翅片管生产设备多属于半机械、半手工生产方式,生产效率低,产品质量不稳定,不能满足用户要求。要提高翅片管生产设备的性能,靠进口已经不能适应市场竞争的要求,必须针对我国的实际情况,开发满足市场需求的翅片管自动生产设备。

  本文在对目前国内外翅片管生产设备现状进行研究与分析的基础上,对整个翅片管自动生产设备的设计进行了探讨,通过对翅片管自动生产设备中的重要零部件进行计算选型及校核,完成了翅片管自动生产设备整体结构设计,采用可编程控制器PLC控制步进电机实现不同管径、不同长度钢管螺距的无级变速。

  本设计主要实现翅片管螺距的无级调速,并可实现程序管理。能够有效地提高企业的生产效率和自动化水平,并*终提高企业在市场上的竞争力。

  ABSTRACT
